It Pays To Be Nice

My son's birthday is mid July. I decided to order him a pair of shoes online. They arrived today with one small...actually huge problem. They sent two left shoes :)

A good laugh and one phone call to Zappos and "it's all good". I am now a VIP Member and another pair of shoes will arrive in 48 hours!
