I do feel better when I'm doing the treadmill. I just wish that it would burn more fat!! I'm trying tho... =(

Number one is the best reason of all.
You missed the most important reason: my Wii fit puts up snarky comments like "BB's mum hasn't trained for a while" to shame me into doing something. I really crave the approval of a talking balance board.
